Arrowhead found on my grandmothers property in Heber Springs

Can anyone tell me where I can find more information about this artifact? My grandparents have a lakehouse on Greer's Ferry lake near Eden Isle in Heber Springs and I found a solid black point which looks almost like obsidian, yet the black is duller or flater than what I would assume obsidian to look like. Im far from an artifact expert, much less a rock expert, but Im assuming its chert. Its the third point to be found on the 2 acre property in the past several years and our family would love to know more about the native Americans who once lived in this area. Can anyone tell me where I can turn to learn more about the artifact and which tribe(s) once called this part of Arkansas home? Any help is greatly appreciated as we know very little and have hit a dead end as far as learning more about the people and the artifacts of the area. Thank You!!!
